Account Management

How to register an account?

1. Click "Sign Up" button in the top right corner
2. Choose registration method:
   • Email Registration: Enter email and password, click "Send Code", enter verification code
   • Social Login: Choose Google, WeChat or other third-party login
3. Agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
4. Complete registration and auto-login

Note:

• Password must be at least 8 characters, recommended to include uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters
• First-time social login automatically creates an account

How to login?

1. Click "Login" button in the top right corner
2. Choose login method:
   • Email Login: Enter registered email and password
   • Social Login: Choose corresponding third-party platform
3. Check "Remember Me" to stay logged in for 7 days

Forgot password?

1. Click "Forgot Password?" on login page
2. Enter registered email address
3. Click "Send Reset Link"
4. Check email for reset link (arrives within 5 minutes, check spam folder)
5. Click link in email and set new password

Tip: Reset link valid for 1 hour, reapply if expired

How to modify profile?

1. After login, click avatar in top right
2. Select "Settings" → "Profile"
3. Can modify:
   • Username (can only change once every 30 days)
   • Avatar (supports JPG, PNG, max 5MB)
   • Gender
   • Birthday
   • Bio
4. Click "Save" after modification

How to delete account?

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is irreversible, all data will be permanently deleted

1. Settings → Account Management → Delete Account
2. Read deletion notice
3. Confirm:
   • All credits will be cleared
   • History records will be deleted
   • Unused membership benefits will expire
4. Enter account password to confirm
5. Click "Confirm Deletion"

Deletion conditions:

• No pending orders
• No unused paid credits (apply for refund first)
• More than 15 days since last payment

What are credits?

Credits are the virtual currency of LingYuan AI, used for fortune-telling features:

How to get credits?

Free credits:

• New user registration bonus: 100 credits
• Daily check-in: 1-5 credits (consecutive check-ins get more)
• Complete profile reward: 20 credits (one-time only)
• Invite friends: 30 credits per successful referral

Purchase credits:

1. Click "Recharge" or "Credits" in navigation
2. Select package:
   • 100 credits - $1.99
   • 300 credits - $5.99 (bonus 10%)
   • 500 credits - $9.99 (bonus 15%)
   • 1000 credits - $19.99 (bonus 20%)
3. Choose payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
4. Complete payment, credits arrive instantly

Membership plans:

• Monthly ($5.99/month): 300 credits/month + 20% off all features
• Quarterly ($15.99/quarter): 350 credits/month + 30% off
• Annual ($59.99/year): 400 credits/month + 40% off + dedicated support

Credit expiration period?

• Purchased credits: Never expire
• Bonus credits: Valid for 180 days after received
• Membership credits: Expire at end of next month

How to view credit balance and history?

1. After login, click avatar
2. Select "Settings" → "Credits"
3. Can view:
   • Current credit balance (total/available/frozen)
   • Credit acquisition records
   • Credit consumption details
   • Expiration reminders

Payment Issues

Supported payment methods?

Domestic users (China):

• WeChat Pay
• Alipay
• UnionPay

International users:

• Visa / MasterCard / American Express

Payment successful but credits not received?

1. Check order status: Settings → Billing → View order details
2. Wait: Usually arrives within 5 minutes, may delay up to 30 minutes during peak hours
3. Contact support: If not received after 30 minutes, contact live chat with:
   • Order number
   • Payment receipt screenshot
   • Transaction ID

Response time: 1 hour during business hours, resolved within 24 hours

How to request refund?

Refund conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase
• Credits unused or partially used
• System error causing overcharge

Application process:

1. Settings → Billing → Select order → Request refund
2. Fill in refund reason
3. Upload evidence (if any)
4. Submit for review

Refund timeline:

• Review time: 1-3 business days
• Refund arrival: 3-7 business days (original payment method)

How to use BaZi Chart?

1. After login, click "BaZi Chart" feature
2. Fill in birth information:
   • Select gender (male/female)
   • Enter name (can use alias)
   • Select birth date (Gregorian/Lunar calendar)
   • Select birth time (accurate to hour)
   • Select birthplace (province, city)
3. Click "Generate Chart" (costs 10 credits)
4. AI generates BaZi chart and detailed analysis report
5. Options:
   • View luck periods and yearly fortune
   • Save as PDF
   • Share with friends

Tips:

• More accurate birth time leads to more accurate analysis
• If exact hour unknown, choose "Hour Unknown" for range analysis
• History records saved in "My Readings" for viewing anytime

How to use Zi Wei Dou Shu?

Zi Wei Dou Shu is a traditional Chinese fortune-telling method:

1. Click "Zi Wei Dou Shu" feature
2. Fill in same birth information as BaZi
3. Click "Generate Reading" (costs 15 credits)
4. View:
   • 12 Palaces detailed explanation
   • Main star and auxiliary star analysis
   • Decade and yearly fortune
   • AI intelligent interpretation

Special features:

• Supports compatibility analysis (requires both parties' information, costs 25 credits)
• Yearly fortune inquiry (view next 10 years)

How to use AI Chat?

AI Chat is our featured function for in-depth discussion of your chart:

1. On BaZi or Zi Wei result page, click "AI Chat"
2. Enter your questions, such as:
   • "How is my career fortune this year?"
   • "When is suitable for marriage?"
   • "Which direction is my wealth orientation?"
3. AI gives personalized answers based on your chart
4. Each chat costs 5 credits

Tips:

• More specific questions get more accurate answers
• Supports continuous conversation, AI remembers context
• Chat history saved for 30 days

How to use Tarot Reading?

Tarot divination suitable for short-term questions:

1. Click "Tarot Reading"
2. Select divination theme:
   • Love & relationships

3. Focus on your question, click "Start"
4. Choose spread:
   • Single card (quick answer)

Is my birth information safe?
