Credit packs suit occasional users - buy and use anytime, never expire. Monthly membership ($5.9/month) suits regular users with unlimited deep readings (no credits needed) + 50% off AI follow-ups + 500 monthly credits. Yearly membership ($39.9/year) offers best value at about $3.3/month, plus bonus 1000 credits. If you plan to use 2+ deep readings per month, membership is recommended.

What offers do new users get?

New registered users get 1 free complete deep reading - no payment required for a professional destiny analysis report. First-time credit pack or membership purchases also enjoy limited-time discounts. Try free first, then choose the right plan.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our service, credits cannot be refunded once issued. Subscription members can request a full refund within 7 days of first purchase if no member benefits have been used. After 7 days or if benefits are used, refunds are not available, but you can cancel renewal anytime. Please choose plans based on actual needs.

How do I cancel my subscription? What happens after?

You can cancel anytime in Account Settings > Billing - simple with no obstacles. After cancellation, your membership benefits continue until the current billing period ends (e.g., month-end or year-end), during which all member features remain available. Purchased credits never expire and remain usable after canceling membership.

What payment methods are supported?

Do credits expire?
